Probably I'm mistaken, but it seems logical for me to have following behavior in WebFM UI:
1. File permissions and File meta data windows should either close on Submit, or provide two buttons - Submit and Close and Submit - like OK, Apply - in many modern programs.
2. When one right clicks the file and menu appears the selected file at the back is not highlighted. This is little bit misleading - cause I feel myself paranoic thinking that I'm working not with the file I've meant to. :) Moreover, when you move mouse out of the menu, but still in the area with files the file highlighting will change according to where the mouse is - this is also not behavior most regular file managers used to have.

1/ Originally I did close the pop-up window on submit but I prefer it as it is now. When editing metadata on multiple files it is nice to keep the window open. Multiple submit buttons might be confusing but I'll think about it.

2/ Locking the focus for the file/dir row while the menu is active is a good suggestion.

As per #803722: Cease support of Drupal 5? support for D4 and D5 has been closed. Sorry, please upgrade to Drupal 6. If you think this issue still applies with Version 6.x please reopen this issue with correct version tag.
