I am working on a site. If I use Drupal, does it help to develop theme for my site easily? Not sure if Drupal comes up with themes to help develop site rapidly. I liked look and feel of the following site which used Drupal.
Do you think they are using themes from Drupal or probably they might have developed themselves? If Drupal does not help to create themes , then I would like to defer installing Drupal for later version of our website.

2 choices
1) you design a theme from scratch. This is not that difficult if you follow the handbooks instructions and watch a video or three that are available on the internet. There is a vast amount of tutorials on themeing drupal. using the firefox browser with the firebug addon helps tremendously with learning how a theme is built and where CSS is being used.
2) you take an existing theme that has a general layout that you want and you maipulate it to be exactly what you want.
