Error messages galore

I don't understand why the initial post did not show up, but anyway...

I am getting errors on my website. The thing is, when I refreash the page after getting said errors, it works perfectly. I was wondering if this was a problem in the set up of Drupal or in the webhosting company (also the database provider)

Seeing as before when I posted the errors the post did not show up, I'll simply link to the page instead.

This time when I loaded it up, at the end of the error messages, instead of saying You are not authorized to access this page as it did in the past, it seems to think I just installed Drupal with the Welcome to your new Drupal Website!

Another thing I am noticing is that one of my modules is still functioning fine. I had Administration Menu installed, and that's still there even though all the page mostly is warnings and errors.
