Need Multisite Module Developed

This may be crazy but this is what i'm looking for:

I need the customer to be able to purchase a product that would be their own site. Their own site would actually be a subsite or a second site (multisite) of the first one. It would utilize all the same nodes as the first one, but also have the option to add certain nodes to the multisites specifically.
It would also be tied in with UberCart to pass maybe a variable that would be that users information. So if another user went to the users site and purchased a package for themselves they would actually be purchasing it from the root site, but would send the specific variables for that users web site so the admin of the root site would know that that purchase was credited to that user.
Next, I also need to be able to have the customer to be able to either register and/or utilize a specific domain name for their site. What I was thinking was a way at purchase for them to be able to type in a domain name that would be used for their site that they have already set the DNS to point at my DNS.

I can explain more if anyone even thinks any of this is possible.
