It's not going to
It's not going to automagically happen for you. You need to do some research, try out some modules and piece some stuff together. If that is more effort than you want to put forth, then hire someone or a company to do it for you.
The contact page is in the manual and is pretty easy to do with the core installation. You will need to enable the module. in admin/build/modules, first...
Drupal's power comes from it's modularity, flexibility, large number of available modules while letting you do your own customizations. However, that means you need to learn, experiment and just try things out. Set up a test site or two where you can try out modules and see what works for you.
Go to the support section, read the handbooks, site recipes, etc. search the forums. You'll generally find the forums very helpful for specific questions and problems.
However, the way your post was originally stated and some of the questions asked, along with the fact that you have been registered for less than 24hrs make it appear that you did not do much reading/research before you asked the question.
Expecting to get a handle on Drupal enough to accomplish everything you asked, or any other sophisticated software, in less than 24hrs is asking a lot, even for seasoned technology veterans.
Search is your friend and good luck!
thank you... and now the
