Images not deleting when I delete them from bio.

When I click the delete check boxes and update, the images are not actually being deleted from the directory they're put into. So when I edit an image on my desktop that I previously already uploaded, then delete the existing one and re-upload, you end up with the old one stuck on the site! Any patches or fixes?

I would like to elaborate and say that they are in fact being deleted from the files folder, but not from files/imagecache/cckmulti/files.
So that's the problem. They need to be deleted from there.

This is an issue with imagecache and not CCK Multimage. You'd have to "Flush Cache" in the image cache administration section to update these files.
