I'm wondering if the gallery module creators have anything planned in the future for incorporating the G2 functionality for user submitted video and audio? I've tried the Audio and Video Drupal modules, but that leaves the client to have to mess around with
video formats, and leaves the file size up the user in some cases (ow!). G2 uses ffmpeg video library, which can auto-convert
other formats into the managable Flash format.

I'm finding it quite un-fortunate (as in the case with photos) That G2 leaves each User-album owner full rights to the
maximum file/picture size options - can't have a Global setting! So anyone can upload a 2048 x 1200 picture and totally muck up the site layout! Could really cause damage if you as a site admin can't control maximum file size for video etc.. I'm sure ffmpeg handles some of that. Anyways, thought it was an interesting discussion.
