I've tried both 5.x-1.1 and 5.x-1.x, and get the same result. I set my notification preferences. I setup cron to run every hour. I set Notify to send emails every 15 minutes.

Nothing happens, so I try manually.

I can Flush the Email Queue, and it informs me that emails have been sent. I can then run cron, but still never actually receive any emails.

Occasionally, as I'm trying out a whole bunch of different settings, one actually sends. But I am unable to reproduce this.

Well, it seems to be working sporadically. Not all, but most, of the Notification emails seem to get sent. But this seems to take quite a while to happen.

Notify worked properly here until a few days ago but now doesn't appear to send emails.

The system log shows that cron has run and reports sending notify messages to users but both the user who reported this and I get nothing. I can't tell whether this affects everyone who should get an email.
