This release includes a number of bug fixes from the D5 branch, as well as some updates to the menu settings and some cleanup of some aspects of the code.

Fixes a number of items:
* fixes some caching issues with profiles
* fixes theme function that does the display of the player when node data is not present
* swaps the player definitions from .player to .inc
* the install files update will clear cache and fix the path to your player definition when you update

Major re factoring of the main code. Moved many function groups to include files to keep things cleaner. Rebuilt the configuration build system that generates the data for a player. If you're using any flvmediaplayer_*() functions, you should check to see if 1) they still exist 2) if their param order is still the same. Player data is now cached per node, per profile, per embed. Players data can even cache specifc $params as well.

First release of the 4.x support, has the pluggable architecture, will require redoing your existing configurations. Has some backwards compatibility for 3.x but isn't complete yet.
