Hi!

I created a new blog and teaser using CCK teaser, but I found that content of my teaser field is shown in full view in under body field.
It is really unwanted behaviour.

I don't think this is a bug. You have the ability to enable/disable cck fields for display in teaser and full views thought the admin settings for your cck type. In the admin view of you content type, go to the "Display Fields" tab and change the drop-down under "Full" to "" for your custom tease field and it should no longer show up in the full view.

The module code has changed significantly and I think this is no longer an issue.
