Unresponsive script (with large taxonomy +10.000 terms)

Hello,
I tried some time ago this module and I really liked it.
So I want to use it again, but I can't. When I add the DHTML Block, the site starts loading it but finally a message saying that "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the scrupt now, or you can continue to see if the script will continue". The options are Stop script or continue. Any of the options have successful results. If I stop the script, I can continue browsing, but I don't have any kind of DHTML effect (I mean, any menu expands and so on...). I also tried to wait and wait... but it never ends.

I have 2 vocabularies. One had 21 terms in the first level, then 200 in the second level, and then around 9700 in the third level. I understood that the module loads the levels as the user ask for them, so I don't really understand why I can use it. It seems that the menu tries to load all the levels or something...
