Tab Navigation Problem

I hope this is the right forum for this topic...

I´ve a problem with my navigation:

I´ve horizontal tab primary links and under them different secondary links. So far so good.
Now I have different views. My Problem ist to hold my primary links active and to get the
right breadcrumb.

Here ist an example:

I have the primary tab called "Location".
By clicking on this tab, I get the scondary links "Clubs" and "Bars".
Now I want the following:
For each secondary link I want two views diaüplayed as tabs, per example "Clublist" and "Clupmap", "Barlist" and "Barmap".

How can I get this topics:
- Go on "Clublist" and the secondary link "Club" and the primary link "Location" ist active
- Get the right breadcrumb Location, Club, Clublist
- Clicking on Location and the default view ist Location, Clubs, Clublist
- Go on "Clublist" and there ist another tab for "Clubmap"
