I can't set permission to create todolist by anonymous or authenticated user in Access control. (No todolist item in Create content menu and also on "node/add/todolist" path - "Access denied"...) Only if I set them "administer nodes" permission, but it's I don't like.

Agreed. I have exactly the same problem. This module doesn't use the node permissioning system and it is impossible to give people the right to create todolists unless they have the admin nodes permission.
