I found these three from themegarden.org.
* micfo.com
* autica.com
* hostican.com

I've never used VPS before, so would like to hear some advice from experts.
As for these three, I inclined to hostican, since my site allows audio upload/generation, and it has the largest disk space (45 GB) at price of 44.95. However, its Guranteed Memory (384 MB) and Burstable Memory (768 MB) are a little low compared with the other two. I wonder if this will cause performance issue.
I haven't done any research on other companies, if you know any good vps hostings, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Since your website also allows audio upload/generation, you should consider a host offering more amount of Guaranteed Memory and Burstable Memory, you can get more disk space and bandwidth from the hosting provider as per your requirement.

my site (http://ispeakx.com) runs out of memory with 256mb plan and they haven't fixed it after more than 1 day.
I did contact slicehost, but was told it's an unmanaged plan. see my post here, which is an (unfinished) drupal hosting review.

Slicehost is a fantastic for providing developers with cheap, solid VPS hosting. A level of system administration knowledge is needed to manage the server yourself, which admittedly isn't for most people.

These 2 companies are the same one but they are deticated to online gaming but offer AWSOME hosting, i have been using them for a number of years and am yet to run inot an issue they cant fix for me.

Noticed them on Michelle's website (of Advanced Forum fame) and haven't looked back since. Many VPS companies are full of rubbish - I'd only go with a hosting company from now on based on a personal recommendation.

I use a VPS over at www.switchlink.co.uk (sorry if this is not allowed) for my gaming clan. I pay around £15 month and save about 5-10 compared to if I hosted with a normal GSP. We use mumble voice chat too so uptime is a major requirement. No complaints so far and the they are knowledgeable at gaming related questions. (I had a mental block on how to update l4d2 once, live chat answered it for me within seconds!)

recommend a vps with switchlink if you know what games use what and can stick to your limits.

I've been using Linode as my VPS for years, and they've been great. Prices are totally reasonable, *nix distros are super easy to deploy, and, though it may just be luck, I've (nevertheless) had NO downtime issues. They compete pretty heavily with Slicehost, so depending on current deals you may be able to get your VPS going at Linode for slightly less.

FYI - just recently they arbitrarily gave all current customers something like 30% more disk space.

FYI Linode just increased memory on all accounts by 41% . I previously had 540m and now have 768m. Thank you linode.

I have used http://www.linode.com/index.cfm on and off for 2 years now and they are by far my favorite VPS hosting solution, great control over disk assignment, linux distros (one of the few that have gentoo).
Absolutely great support, fast and courteous.
