PHPList for Drupal 5.x

Name of this module should be "Mailing List", because project name. It should belong to its own category of "Mail" category other than "Core-Optional".

Is this module related to http://drupal.org/project/massmailer ? Both Being integrated with phplist ...

Can we get this updated on the massmailer project page (http://drupal.org/project/massmailer)?

Also, I have never used phplist but am interested in it as it seems to be the best solution for what I need. If someone could help me by pointing me the right way, I would be happy to help with the documentation for this module.

Have you notified crunchywelch of the update? It would be nice to get the project page updated. I just installed phplist and massmailer and will be testing it our for the next couple of days. I might write up a howto if anyone is interested.

Please contact me through my site if you find any bugs or issues - I am going to look into getting this added to the official project page but I have not actively participated in module development before so this will be new ground for me.

the tables being made by this module completely ignore the database prefix u can set in drupal, resulting in loads of "no such table" errors, maybe u'd wanna edit that in ur version :x

after manually adding the prefix to all the tables, I still get "An error occured. The list may not have been created." whenever I try to make a list :(

after manually adding some more shit into the tables, I get this when I try to precess the queue "warning: shell_exec() [function.shell-exec]: Cannot execute using backquotes in Safe Mode in /customers/stevedj.be/stevedj.be/httpd.www/sites/default/modules/massmailer/engines/phplist/phplist.module on line 862."

I'm just inquiring about this project's status. Seems like there were still some serious bugs as of the last post but there hasn't been any activity here since July 24th.

Can anyone update us on where the project stands? Does more testing need to be done? I'd be happy to help out with that.
