Panels Tabs

Without having had much time to look into Panels Tabs, I would say the most important differences are as follows:
- Quick Tabs doesn't require Panels or Tabs
- the tabbed content it creates is in the form of blocks
- possibly easier to use than Panels for multiple implementations per page but I'd need to look into Panels more to be sure ;-)
- it is very basic and so lacks the fancy effects of Panels Tabs, it's just straight jquery show/hide functionality

On the whole though, it achieves a similar result, just goes about it in a different way, which might be more or less suitable for a particular site depending on exact requirements.

It also needs a lot of work still, I will put a development snap-shot up soon so that I can start getting feedback.
