(I made this a bug because my log contains lots of FCKEditor errors)

When installing ie fckeditor one needs to install.

After installing fckeditor.module on has to wget the third party FCKeditor_2.5.1.tar.gz.

So the module should not be activated automatically.

An override would be nice

./..../drush.php pm install --no-activate

we don't do activation yet in drush exactly because we can't cleanly verify requirements (core limitation).
