It's not clear whether the phplist module should be placed in:

(1) modules/massmailer/engines/phplist/phplist.module
or (2) modules/phplist/phplist.module

If I do (1), I get references to paths in (2).

If I do (2), phplist doesn't appear in the massmailer preferences as a valid phplist engine.

So... which is it?

Well, actually the docs say (2) but the code says (1). Better believe the code.

I've stopped using the module now, but I remember that some of the error messages I received said that it was expecting files to be at modules/phplist/..., but didn't find them.

Well, I've had to change mor ethan just the docs. It was all quite confusing. Mind to give it a try? Take the cvs version it _should_ work with 4.6.
