Issue Summary

Is there any way to add the sorting and filtering abilities like you can in Views?

Seconded. We really need to be able to filter, by profile fields and so on.

Allowing the administrator to control which fields are click-able and are not are also views features that would work nicely here (in addition to sorting and filtering).
