I am looking for a Drupal expert (to do module code changes) who is also proficient in PHP coding. Dedicated person to work for one whole month. Details will be given to the right candidate.

not sure what you mean, generally i will do what I get for my project. i think the most complex one is sugarCRM customization as it is really a large project.
