How can I make the vocabulary description text appear on the view used with taxonomy menu when I've navigated to the vocabulary menu link but not yet clicked on any of the terms it contains?

i.e. when I don't provide a TermID argument to the view, and only provide the VocabID, how can I tell it to display the vocab description? It did this fine when I wasn't using a view.

Any help much appreciated.

This is really a views configuration issue.
Plus, it is very old.
I am marking as 'closed' now.
If you still need support, try asking around in the views support area(s).
