Wow, Bahasa Indonesia. I have a bit problem in understanding certain words, but well, on to comments:

First and foremost, you need to define who the main audience is. The site feels more like it's designed for workers of your company, rather than for potential clients.

  1. The page looks too packed. It doesn't have the feel of a professional corporation.
  2. Some contents needs rearranging.
    • I don't think you need the wise word, nor a calendar.
    • The chart should on its own page, because people don't need to see it on every page they go. And I think it fits very well in "Pengguna Jasa Kami" page instead.
  3. While the top banner is very cool, it takes up too much space. Then again, maybe it's due to my dislike towards banners.

The key is to make most as many contents accessible as possible from the frontpage. That is achieved through beautifully placed links, not stuffing them all in one place.
