I have not developed this module with this functionality in mind. I have changed this support request to a feature request as this is basically what your question is, but unless someone else is willing to develop it, it will not be appearing in the near future as I have other more pressing features to add (with the limited time I have available to develop this module).

I'm looking for possiblity for integration of this module with lm_paypal module. I think it can easily done by providing role base subscription for individual mailing list (similar to "simplenews roles" module).

Ask me if u need more details.
