Having trouble with my forum on a new install. Which is strange because the forum is usually bulletproof. Here's the symptoms:
I can create containers, and insert forums just fine.

But when we try to post a forum topic it doesn't show in the forum. The topic gets created, I can get to it from my account.

Then... I went through and deleted all the forums and containers. But now when I go to create forum content page, it is still showing all my old categories, as if I could add to them.

Is it possible to uninstall the forum, delete all the tables, and then reinstall?

I managed to recreate the same problem on another test site by uninstalling the forum, installing again, and then adding a forum topic before creating forum containers. I'm thinking a deep uninstall is needed - like getting into the database and deleting tables, and rewriting any other system files that may need something. If someone could help me I would appreciate it.
