Hello, I do not know what version I am using, I have been in the forums and see some of my fixes, but cannot figure out where to update the code.

If I pay you, please will you provide detail on how you made the fixes??

1) Update the calendar to fit on the left column
2) Upload some pdf files to the site
3) Better organize the files on the site to a more user friendly interface:

Click Documents: list several pdf files
Click news: list newsletter and minutes pdf files

Thank you for any assistance. I will pay $50.

Hello, I have seen your site and I think I can help you.
1) Updating the calendar to fit on the left column is a theme issue. I think you're using bluebreeze theme (http://drupal.org/node/205168) which is rather old. Changing or modifying the theme will solve the problem.
2) Uploading some pdf files to the site can be done if you enable the upload module, which is part of drupal core.
3) In order to organize the files on the site better, the simplest way perhaps is using the taxonomy module, which is part of drupal core. For example: Create a vocabulary "file types" and add two terms in it, "documents" and "news". When you click on "documents" you will only see info tagged as documents
You can contact me through my personal contact form here, http://drupal.org/user/104027/contact for more help and directions. And please provide your contact info as well.

BTW, you are using Drupal 5.1 version. You do not need to actually change your theme to fit in the calendar issue. You need to modify the style.css file in the Theme folder and edit the left-sidebar width to fit the calendar. This is assuming you do have server access and know how to ftp to your site files, right?
