Drupal theme designer/developer

I'm looking for a designer/developer of a new PHPtemplate based Drupal theme for an existing (currently non-Drupal based) community with approximately 30.000 members. In addition to the obvious design skills a very good level of familiarity with the Drupal theme architecture are required. Please send me a message through this site with an indication of rates, a link to portfolio and possible start date.

Thanks!
