Better description for the admin settings page

I had to experiment a little bit with the admin settings - class is with or without a period - and I also realized the surrounding element needed the class for PNGfix to work properly. Another issue mentioned this as well, so I thought I'd make a patch for you with a better description (IMHO) for the settings page.
