I've added functionality to the sign up module to allow for deposits(e-commerce) and disclaimers, how do I go about have them officially added to the project? I've tried using patch software to add patches before and didn't have any luck, so if someone would be willing to do that for me it'd be much appreciated.

Not sure what you mean by "disclaimers".

In almost all cases, I prefer a separate issue (feature request) for each new feature you want to add, with as small a patch as possible to add that change. So, I'd suggest you join forces with the folks over in #159938 about the ecommerce stuff you're working on, submit a new issue specifically about this "disclaimers" stuff, with a clear description of the feature, and a patch that adds only that functionality that myself as maintainer, and other users of signup.module, can review and test on its own.

Why active? Are you trying to turn this into your feature request about disclaimers? If so, please adjust the "Category" and "Issue title" appropriately. Otherwise, I don't know what else you want to accomplish in here, so if you're changing the status, be specific. Thanks.
