Release notes

* Fixed font color in CSS since we have a light background color.
* Fixed path to image so it works when clean URLs are not available.
* Added a flag so all links can be made to point to the website home page instead of just the one page where the user clicked Link to Us.

Release notes

After making quite a few changes to the code so it looks better and has a few more features as requested by many, there is, finally, version 1.0 of Link to Us!

* Tested on http://www.turnwatcher.com/link_to/node/1 and fixed a few bugs
(i.e. teaser selection not showing, @type was @page, now supports both,
update was not returning array().)

* Many fixes to the old code that in some places did not work properly (i.e. among others, deleting an image was not functional.)

* Many additional features
1. Put the links in a fieldset
2. Constraint the width of the links page
3. Include a CSS file (WARNING: this adds yet one more CSS...)
4. Huge improvement to theme the output
5. Define the size of the link box (i.e. 60x3)
6. Header, footer
7. Link help
8. Show the teaser of the node being linked to
9. Links label & title
