cron is closing signups

Everytime cron is run, my events open for signups get closed.
Here are a few of the log entries.

Is cron pickign up a bad command from the signup module?

I moved this from signup to signup scheduler.
I disabled signup scheduler and reopened all the events and cron hasn't closed any yet...fingers crossed.
It's on a live site so I can't test it further by reactivating it as I can't risk closing signups for the events.
Would signup_scheduler be to blame for closing them all? a fix? I'll try to install it on a test site and see what happens.

Yep - this was an issue with the signup scheduler module. I believe it is fixed as of r99457 (see link for details). Please let me know if this fixes the issue for you.
