Incompatible with nicedit-5.x-1.x-dev

Hello,

I am not sure if the issue is here or at nicedit, however, only with this particular theme, nicedid simply does not show up. The control buttons at the botton (show editor | admin configure editor | admin remove editor) show up, but the text area is just a regular input text. Please take a look at the attached file.
