I host my drupal site on a winxp pro with iis; my pc died a year ago, then i set up drupal 5 on my new system. I copied over my old website onto the new pc and moved the database into the mysql directory. When trying the site I get this mess (check my site):

http://herman.redirectme.net/rocket2

How can this be fixed and/or troubleshooted? I remember before the pc died I tried to upgrade the site to the newer version of drupal but that corrupted the database.

Since the page is returning a 404 error, it could be a whole host of things -

1) Did you install PHP on this new PC?
2) You're using IIS - did you the .php Application Configuration -> Mapping for the extension?
3) Did you apply IIS security properly?

Could be a whole bunch of issues, but it most likely has to do with PHP and how it has been tied in with your IIS settings.
