Hi, I've been blowing off client work for the past few months in order to work on my own projects but now I find myself lacking funds to invest in my projects, so for a few days I will offer my services VERY cheaply.

My offers:

PSD to XHTML/CSS: 140 USD. (Normal rate 200-300 USD).
turnaround: max 2 days. incl sat/sunday.
(XHTML 1.0 Strict)
Will be coded in slick&clean semantic html code and modern CSS code.
Code will be tested in ie6/ie7 firefox Safari (for windows), Netscape and Opera.

PSD to Drupal Theme 240 USD. (normal rate ~600 USD).
turnaround: max 3 days. incl sat/sunday.
I will create a perfect Drupal theme for the ridiculously low price 240 USD, max slots: 5.
