how aobut adding a SELECT all after doing the scan for the Custom filter ...
I noticed that I had like 10000 spams from one day to another... and I had to go selecting all of them 1 by one

I assume this would require javascript?

I would be interested in seeing a patch that implements this... It should be minimal code.

Is this being worked on? I am very interested in this feature as I have a TON of spam messages to remove and don't want to have to click every single one, one by one.

I would also like to see the Select All feature also on the comment administration menu.

I intend to add this feature to my rewrite of this module. It is less important with the new module though, as new features include the ability to auto-delete spam after a configurable amount of time. Find the new module here.

BTW: At this time there is no upgrade script, but I intend to create one next week. I'm currently testing the functionality.

I have added this feature to the 2.0 version of the module. It will be in 2.0.9, released sometime in the next few days.
