Where can I change the padding/distance between the left/right bar and the center content?
I want the whole center content a little bit nearer to the left bar/block and a little wider, but did not find a setting for it.

colorado commentedHello softtouch,
You can change it (and anything else you want to change) using the settings for Inline CSS or CSS File near the bottom of the Denver Theme Settings page...
If you don't know CSS well enough to determine the specific CSS selectors to use to make those adjustments, then I would encourage you to learn about CSS. Or, maybe someone who knows how to do it will post a reply here and tell you how. If you don't have any luck with the above, then you can always hire me or someone else to do that for you...
I wish I had the time to provide everyone with the specific CSS to make every possible adjustment in that Inline CSS. But of course everyone has different customization ideas, and that is why I have provided so many selectable custom theme settings "out of the box"; and that is why I also put the Inline CSS and CSS File options in the theme settings, so that people can tweak and make unlimited additional adjustments and CSS overrides to the Denver Theme directly through the theme settings without having to edit the CSS files directly...
I hope this helps. Thank you for your question.
