How to show 'Access Denied!' message in nodes protected by Taxonomy Access Control?

Hi guys and gals,

Does anyone know how to show an Access Denied message when users without the correct permissions view a node protected by Taxonomy Access Control or TAC Lite?

Also blocking a role's access to a category means that the content is hidden completely from users with that role. How can I at least show them excerpts?
