See my site at http://mandarinaconcept.com/. The first link have both an trailing / and is still node/14 instead of my alias which you can see when you click on the link. I have enabled the module but can't seems to see its working.

Appears to be working fine for me...

http://mandarinaconcept.com/node/14

takes me to...
http://mandarinaconcept.com/global-fokus.html

I understand you may not be fluent in English but if you could try to explain your difficulties a little more I might be able to help...

Have you tried emptying your cache and restarting your browser?

I thought the global redirect suppose to replace my node/14 with global-fokus.html so all my links i have coded with node/xxx will be replaced with the alias. Is this not what this module suppose to do?

No - GlobalRedirect will redirect requests to node's with an alias to the node's alias (eg, if you try to access node/14, it will redirect you to global-fokus.html).

I think the problem you may referring to is that you've hard coded some links to the node path not the alias path. When coding links in Drupal you should use the "l" command.
