Description
Because drupal's default is to have filtered HTML it is always better to require content preview before posting from generic users, i.e. anyone but people who manage the site (user roles).
Also this is somewhat related, the comment module has these 2 privileges:
* post comments
* post comments without approval
would be nice if the answers one has 2 similar ACL entries.
