DROP Task: write a jtageditor integration module

Task description:

This task is to write a jtageditor (see http://www.jaysalvat.com/jquery/jtageditor/) integration module. This module should be built with a hook that allows modules to register optional buttons, which can then be enabled/disabled by the admin on a per-input format basis. As always, feel free to be creative and/or to go beyond what this task asks for. Dazzle us!

Short note:

An extension of this task, probably its own task, will be to integrate flexifilter with this new module. That idea is out of scope for this task; however, if you're interested in doing this task, you may be interested to continue your work into that future task as well.

Deliverables:

A new module, for Drupal 6, posted to this issue and approved.
