preg_match error

Issue Summary

I get this error when I go to:
/userlist

# warning: preg_match() expects parameter 2 to be string, object given in /var/www/vhosts/goflyxc.com/httpdocs/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 670.

I have this same error.

I did a search and found this.

Is this the solution to the problem? Anyone know?
