I keep getting

and
tags showing up in select fields. I have TinyMCE running, but even if I disable rich text editing, the tags keep showing up.

OK that's funny. The tags don't show up here. I meant the paragraph tag and the line break tag show up in the select fields.

TinyMCE and FCK both cause problems with the select list field, be sure to add the field to the list of exceptions so that the editor absolutely never changes the textfield. This is a duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/199375.
