Not much to elaborate with. Just letting you know. Immediately obvious on enabling.
All areas of page were stacked one above another and with rather large width/height. Not at all like your screenshot. :)

... this being testing in Drupal 6.0 RC3 - in case that was a factor.
Fresh installation.

You have to go to /admin/build/block and re enable your blocks as wished. This behavior is normal as the theme came up with 6 new regions.
