I have the missing Browse button problem. I've checked the $closure, and everything else I can find, but its still occurring.

Uniquely, it seems, it almost only occurs when FCKeditor runs in a popup. When FCKeditor is set to "Use FCKeditor in a popup window: FALSE" the Browse Server button usually (but not always) appears.

Drupal 5.6, custom theme, latest official releases of modules.
