How to get rid of taxonomy/term/5%2C1%2C48 change it for someting more readable?

For example: taxonomy/term/book,green,big
or even better www.blah.com/book,green,big ?

Pathauto can create different path aliases for each category.

I've recently started using Taxonomy Redirect together with Faceted Search and they are a great combination.

Well, Pathauto will not help me. Already tried, with single term it works great, wit multiple - not. Or maybe I just don't know how to use it :)

Still trying to figure out how to convert
mysite.com/taxonomy/term/5,6,7 to mysite.com/red,green,yellow

where 5 is id of term 'red',
6 - 'green'
7 - 'yellow'

Please give me advice because 5,6,7 is not SEO friendly at all !! :(
