I submitted this issue before, but I don't find it anymore...

That happen with every single theme I tried, even with the default garland theme.

oh, now im seeing your problem.

i´m working on a solution. (while that, maybe you use the block in the main content region...if its only a testing site)

Its unfortunately a live site, so I just disabled the block until you might come up with an idea what I can do about it.
