Group based on Profile field not just by Role

Currently I have members that are "Authenticated" Role, but under profile I have them select which office they are from.

It would be great if I could add a show by or group by a profile field. Perhaps only show users that have a certain checkbox selected...

Then we would need a way to have multiple "Members" list a starting page that then has sub Members under each according to their profile data.

I hope this is something that can fit into this module vs needing to custom dvelope a new one.

For my Intranet use, I used members and as it provided an easy way to show users by role, I'd rather use this function.
In fact as a user can be given as many roles as you want, I thought it was the easiest way to clasify then. So I got roles for each department, and I can show a user directory department oriented.

I too would love to see a feature by which custom profile fields which have been defined could be included in the output.
