version = VERSION needs to be removed from .info files. This line:

a) Is wrong. I'm not using ImageAPI 5.7. I'm using ImageAPI 5.x-1.0-beta.
b) Makes it impossible for Update Status module to work when things are checked out from CVS.
c) Will either be generated automatically by packaging scripts (if downloading tarballs) or figured out by CVS Deploy module (if checking out from CVS)

Please fix ASAP.
