When I turn off the nic edit using the admin It is still affecting the code

Hi,

I am putting in a div tag for the photoframe module, and the nicedit module removes the /div tag. The only way I got it to work was to disable the module, edit the post and renable the module.

Also is there a way to have the nicedit disabled for a certain page, Like /messenger (which doesn't seem to like any wyswig editor).
