Have a View type to display the view items in a jCarousel. This should end up being either jcarousel_views.module as an addon within the jCarousel package, or an entirely new module.

It was in the works, and was almost finished, until jCarousel turned out to be very buggy when doing dynamic client-side caching of Views items (necessary for big views).
