i am hoping someone might have dealt with this and might know something.
could not get an answer at googles webmaster tools group.

google web site tools shows html tags as keywords. 23. &mdash (—), 1. div, 7. class, 14. javascript, 24. author (is a class).
the number is the position on the keyword list.

has anyone else noticed this? and any fix?
does anyone know if this is a google bug or something i can change in drupal?
drupal and all the modules does output a lot of html.

google also adds to the site content keywords for drupal generated words.
ie. new, ago, node, seconds, recent, weeks, days, etc.
anyone dealt with this?

I actually don't have this problem, but I do have over 300+ nodes with a lot of written content in each node, a phpBB forum and a photo album (Coppermine). Most of my keywords are content related at this point so you might just need more content before you start ripping apart the template engine to remove useless words from the HTML output.

This is a confirmed problem with many drupal sites. See http://drupal.org/node/760214 for more information on how it happens and how to avoid it.
